dali’s pomade
Dali’s Daily Pomade is a packaging project that practiced three-dimensional tools and design. The objective of the design is to create a product mimicking Dali’s famous mustache.
Client: Self-Study, Software(s): Rhinoceros 6, Adobe Illustrator
The objective of this assignment was to create a product that mimic the style of the artist. In this case, the artist I was assigned to was Dali. After studying his work and life purpose, I decided to pay tribute to his most famous mustache. I then created a simple design showcasing his mustache in a three-dimensional perspective, playing the handle of the lid. In addition, the box has patterns on the exterior and interior that mimic patterns/designs that Dali has previously created. One main purpose of the product is to give the idea of having the same mustache look as Dali.
A poster series was then created to showcase the products.
